Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional NetSuite
Consultant with 10–15+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience to lead
and manage NetSuite projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong
functional expertise across Finance and operational modules and a solid
understanding of accounting principles to align ERP solutions with business
objectives.
This role requires close collaboration with finance teams,
operations stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful
implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP
systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
business requirements.
Translate business needs into NetSuite functional
configurations.
Design scalable ERP solutions aligned with financial and
operational processes.
2. NetSuite Implementation & Optimization
Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and
enhancements.
Configure core modules including Finance, Procurement,
Inventory, and CRM.
Optimize workflows, approval processes, dashboards, and
reporting frameworks.
Identify process gaps and recommend automation and system
improvements.
3. Functional Customization & Integration
Develop detailed functional specifications for
customizations and third-party integrations.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate
development and deployment.
Validate system changes through UAT and ensure smooth
go-live support.
4. Reporting & ERP Efficiency
Build advanced reports, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards
for business insights.
Improve financial reporting accuracy and operational
visibility.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting
standards.
5. Training & Post-Implementation Support
Conduct end-user training sessions and create documentation.
Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshoot system
issues.
Act as a subject matter expert for NetSuite across the
organization.
Required Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP
implementation and functional consulting.

Strong expertise in core NetSuite modules:
·
Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue
Recognition)
·
Procurement
·
Inventory Management
·
CRM
·
Hands-on experience in configuring workflows,
reports, dashboards, and role-based permissions.
·
Strong understanding of accounting principles
and financial processes.
·
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
stakeholder communication skills.
Educational Preference
CA Inter / Chartered Accountant (preferred)
B.Com (Accounts / Finance background preferred)
Strong accounting and financial systems knowledge is highly
desirable.
Good to Have
NetSuite Certification (ERP Consultant / Administrator)
Experience with multi-subsidiary environments
Exposure to integrations with third-party systems
Experience in finance-driven ERP transformations
